The tools in the Pen Highlighter toolbox are used to place a custom line style in the markup file. These tools use the settings of the Place Freehand Sketch tool but places the line in the color of the pen highlighter selected. To display this toolbox, in the default setup of the Tasks dialog, go to the Redline task in the Markup workflow. Right-click on the pen highligher tools (fourth row down) and select Open “Pen Highligher” as Toolbox.

All tools in a toolbox are not always visible by default. To see all tools, right-click in the toolbox and select Show All from the menu.
